Hey everyone,

I want to bring something to this group first, before anywhere else, because you all are the heart of Cash's Crew. You show up every single week, you believe in what we're building, and honestly, this community is one of the things that keeps me going on the hard days. Thank you for that, truly.

We're looking for two new board members: a Treasurer (someone comfortable with nonprofit financials, budgeting, or bookkeeping) and one more board member who brings real ideas and energy to the table. The time commitment is one meeting a month.

I'll be honest about what I'm looking for. This isn't a board where someone just listens to a report of everything I've done and goes home. I need people who actually engage, ask questions, bring fundraising ideas, and help carry some of the weight of building this rescue. I've learned a lot about what a good board looks like, and I'm being really intentional this time about who joins.

But here's the part I want you to really hear: this is fun. We are building something beautiful and meaningful together, a real sanctuary, a real community, a real future for these animals. It's a lot of work, yes, but it's also joyful work. I want board members who want to be part of that mission, not just manage it from the outside, but actually feel it with us.
