Every animal in this pasture has their own personality, and Sarika might just have the biggest one of all! 😂

She is our moodiest horse by far. Some days she loves me, and other days she wants absolutely nothing to do with me. But when she's feeling affectionate, she's just wonderful. And there's no denying how beautiful she is!

What I love most about this pasture is how well everyone seems to understand each other. They have their own special way of communicating, and it's amazing to watch. Pippi and Freckles are settling in beautifully, finding their way around, making friends, and learning exactly where to find their food, water, and shelter.

Speaking of shelter, we've got another project coming up for Bobby! When we originally expanded the barn, I thought we'd made it plenty big enough. But these horses are SO big that just a few of them can fill the whole space!

So before winter, we're planning another expansion, hopefully adding an L-shaped section that will give everyone more room and some extra protection from the wind.

There's always something that needs improving around here, but that's part of caring for these guys. We figure out what they need, and we do our best to make it happen.

I just love this sweet little pasture and everyone in it. ❤️
